How it works

One department. Three systems. Twenty conversations. Four weeks.

We don't sell 'we connect everything'. We sell a fixed first package. You know what we do, what you bring, and what you get on day 28.

One department

1 business unit

The place where the pain is clearest. We start small.

Three systems

CRM · ERP · HR or Data

Not everything. Just the three that explain the most.

Twenty conversations

20 people

Ten minutes each. Spread across levels, not just leadership.

Four weeks

28 days

From signature to first board-ready picture.

The four weeks

From signature to the first picture.

Each week has one thing we deliver, one thing you do, and a short list of what you need to bring. No surprises.

01 · Week 1

We agree on the scope.

You pick the department. We sign the data agreement. We agree on the three systems and the people we want to talk to.

We doSet up your data room, send the interview invitations, and prepare the document reader.

You doName one internal sponsor who can open doors and answer quick questions.

You bring
  • A signed data processing agreement
  • A list of the three systems and their owners
  • 20 names and email addresses

02 · Week 2

We connect and listen.

We read the documents you give us. We open the system connections. The interviews start. Nobody has to prepare anything.

We doRun the technical connections, read the documents, and interview your people in their own language.

You doMake sure the system owners answer our access requests within two business days.

You bring
  • Read-only access to the three systems
  • Strategy documents, org charts, or process maps
  • A 30-minute slot with the sponsor

03 · Week 3

We find the overlaps.

This is where the work happens. We compare what the documents say with what people say. We look for the patterns that neither side sees on its own.

We doCross-check documents and interviews, build the first map, and draft the initial findings.

You doRead the draft findings and tell us what we misunderstood.

You bring
  • Feedback on the draft findings within 48 hours
  • One hour with the sponsor to correct context

04 · Week 4

You see the picture.

We deliver the first Executive Potential Brief and the first map. You decide what to act on, what to question, and what to park.

We doFinalise the findings, produce the board brief, and set up the first monthly check-in.

You doPresent the brief to your leadership and choose the first three actions.

You bring
  • A one-hour board or leadership slot
  • Three decisions on what to act on first

Who does what

Two sides. One table.

We don't replace your people. We add a lens. Here's what each side owns.

Area
HEWEN
You
Project lead
One named HEWEN strategist. Runs the weekly check-in.
One internal sponsor with authority and access.
Technical connection
We read the systems. We never write into them.
System owners approve read-only access.
People
We interview. Anonymised, voluntary, in German or English.
You invite people. We handle scheduling.
Output
The map, the findings, and the board brief.
Your decisions and the actions you take from them.

After the first month

Then it runs itself.

The first month is onboarding. You pay for it like any other month. After that, HEWEN keeps listening without asking you to start from scratch again.

01

The first month is onboarding. You pay for it like any other month. After that, HEWEN runs on its own rhythm.

02

Every month: a check-in on what moved, what didn't, and what to ask next.

03

Every quarter: a short re-interview of a sample of people.

04

Any time: documents are re-read when you tell us they changed.
